Georgia Freedom Hub is a Tbilisi based relocation company for people who are serious about building a real life abroad, not collecting another passport stamp. We help online business owners, tech founders, coaches, and remote professionals from the US, Canada, Australia, and the UK move to Georgia and get fully set up: company, taxes, banking, housing (rental or bought), and the part nobody else handles, which is actually building a life here.

It’s also for the retirees, freelancers, and family operators who’ve quietly figured out that Georgia is one of the last genuinely affordable, genuinely free places left in this part of the world.

Why we exist

The market for relocation services is broken.

On one end, you’ve got the $50,000 firms that sell a glossy plan, charge for “strategy calls,” and then outsource the actual work to a junior assistant in a country they’ve never been to. On the other end, you’ve got Facebook group threads full of conflicting advice from people who passed through Tbilisi for 3 weeks in 2022.

There’s a missing middle. A team that lives here, has done the work themselves, and charges what the work is actually worth instead of a multiple of what they think you can pay.

That’s the gap we fill. Transparent pricing. People on the ground. No outsourcing the part you came to us for.

Who’s behind this

I’m Dylan Madden, the founder. I’ve been to 27 countries, and Georgia is the one I’ve come back to for 7 years running, because the math, the lifestyle, and the freedom actually add up here.

I run online businesses, and over the years I’ve helped people from tech founders to retirees to coaches get set up abroad. What I learned is that “residency setup” is the easy part. The hard part is everything that happens after the paperwork. Knowing which neighborhood actually fits your life, who to bank with, who not to bank with, which lawyer is worth the fee, where to find the people you’ll actually want to spend time with.

That’s the part most companies skip. It’s the part we’re built around.

How we’re different

While most relocation services run on cheap remote VAs, our team is a mix of Americans who relocated here and Georgians who grew up here. That means you get both sides.

Americans who’ve lived the move you’re about to make, and remember every mistake they made doing it. Locals who actually speak Georgian, and can navigate the government offices, real estate market, and banking system without a translation app.

We don’t run a relocation factory. We run a small, deliberate operation that takes a limited number of clients per quarter and gets each one fully rooted here, not just registered.

What “fully rooted” means

We’re not a residency setup company. Residency is a one time transaction. We’re built around the longer arc.

We show you the neighborhoods and lifestyles that actually fit you, not the ones in tourism brochures. We make the introductions that turn Georgia from “a country I moved to” into “a place I live.” We connect you to the people who handle the company, tax, permit, and banking and we make sure it actually gets done. And we stay in your life after the paperwork is done, because the first 90 days are when most relocations succeed or fail.
